National City, Calif., April 21, 1934.
The Board of Trustees met pursuant to law for the
purpose of canvassing. the returns of the General 'Municipal
Election held April 14, 1924.
Trustees present,—Pddie, Edgerton, Fritz, Murray and
roulette.
A:inutes of re7ular meetin? of April 15, 1324, read and
approved.
The Board of Trustees thereupon opened the ballot boxes
and canvassed the returns.
1RESOLUTTCN Fn. 864, Declaring the result of the General
Municiral Election held Prril 14, 1224, was read. Moved by
Fritz, seconded by Murray, that the Resolution be aAn—oted.
Carried, all Trustees present voting aye. Resolution as
follows:
The minutes were than approved. Moved by Edgerton,
seconded by Fritz, that the Board adjourn sine die. Carried.

The newly elected Board of Trustees of the City of
National City, California, met immediately after the ad-
journment of the old Board at the City Hall.
-Preeent,—Trustees Addis, Fritz and Murray, members of
the Board of Trustees as formerly constituted whose terms
had not expired; present also, —Trustees Bird and Cordingly
elected April 14, 1924, each of whom thereupon took the oath
of office.
The Board inas called to order by the City Clerk.
-Moved by Addis, seconded by Cordingly, that Trustee
Alex :hurray be elected ?resident for the ensuing term. Carried.
Moved by Cordingly, seconded by Addis, that the Board ad—
journ. Carried.
