Regular adjourned meeting of the Board of Trustees called
to order by the President. Trustees present- Addis, Edgerton,
Ftitz, Murray and Boulette.
Minutes of regular meeting of Dec. 18, 1923, read and
approved.

Moved by Murray, seconded by Fritz, that the billa be allowed
and warrants ordered drawn for the aame. harried, all Trustees
present voting aye.
.Communication from E. R. Baskerville requesting that a
reduction be made on delinquent taxes covering Lot 15, Block 78,
was read, and the City Clerk instructed to notify him that no
reduction will he made.
.Petition of Carter and Becker for transfer of Pool License
in name of W. E. Johnson to themselves was read. Moved by
Murray, seconded by Addis, that the transfer be granted on re-
commendation of the City Marshal. Carried.
'Communication from Walter M. Bertel requesting that a refund
be made account of error in assessment was read. Moved by Fritz,
seconded by Addis, that a warrant in favor of Walter M. Bertel
be drawn: on the General Fund for the eum of $13.33 account of
error in making assessment for fiscal year 1223-24. Carried, all

•Moved by Fritz, seconded by Edgerton, that a warrant in
favor of Mrs. E. the McCoy be drawn on the General Fund for the
sum of $6.88 account error in making assessment for fiscal year
1923-24. Carried, all Trustees present voting aye.
✓Resolution No. 846 granting Franchise to Levi, et al, to
operate a railway track was placed on final passage, and on
motion by Fritz, seconded by Addis, same adopted, all Trustees
present voting aye.
✓Ordinance No. 533 amending Ordinance No. 367, and providing
for licensing la•.ndry wagons, was placed on final passage, and
on motion by Fritz, seconded by Addis, same adopted, all Trustees
present voting aye.
Ordinance No. 534 providing for electrical installation and
inspection was placed on final -passage, and on motion by Murray,
seconded by Addis, same adopted, all Trustees present voting aye.
Resolution No. 847 authorizing payment of bonded indebtedness
was read. Moved by Fritz, seconded by Edger -
in favor of F. Y. Tattersall be drawn on the
sum of $6.45 account error in making assess-

✓.evolution No. 848 ordering the change and establishment of
the grade of Sixteenth Street.from the Easterly line of National
Avenue to the Westerly line of Highland Avenue was read. Moved
by Fritz, seconded by Murray, that the Resolution be adopted.
Carried, all Trustees present voting aye.
,Moved by Murray, seconded by Addis, that the Finance Committee
be instructed to have the City M 11 offices painted, p pered and
tinted. Carried.
