Trustees present- Addis, Edgerton, Fritz, Murray and Boulette. Minutes of regular meeting of Jan. 3, 1924, approved. The following bills, audited presented: League Calif. J.RESOLUTION NO. 849, requesting the Sweetwater Water Corp- oration to install an 8 inch water main and authorizing the proper officers to draw a warrant in favor of said Sweetwater Water Corporation for the sum of $1000.00, was read. Moved by Murray, seconded by Edgerton, that the resolution be ad- opted. Carried, all Trustees present voting aye. .Petition of grace Sewell, Raymond and Ella G. Hill for a refund for the paving of First Street, was read and referred to the Finanoe Committee and City Engineer. 'Petition of Alwilda Hoblit and Grace Hoblit to have the alley in block 9 of Wilbur's Subdivision closed, was read. Moved by Addis, seconded by Edgerton, that it be referred to the City Engineer. Carried. 42. Report of the City Engineer regarding petition to make J Avenue 60 feet in width from 16th to 34th Street was read. Moved by Fritz, seconded by Addis, that the report be accepted. Carried. ,Reports of the City Clerk and City Treasurer for quarter ending Dec. 31, 1933, were presented and ordered filed. .Report of the Recorder for month of December was pre- sented and ordered filed. -Sonde of W. G. Willie, James E. Miller, and W. H. Morton, Master Plumbers, were presented. Moved by Murray, seconded by Fritz, that the bonds be approved, accepted and ordered filed. Carried. ,ORDINANCE NO. , Amending Ordinance No. 523, Pro- viding For Certain Requirements in Relation to the Acceptance of Plate and Maps of Subdivision of Lands into Streets and Lots, was read. Moved by Addis, seconded by Edgerton, that it be introduced and laid over under the rules and according to law. Carried. 'Moved by Edgerton, seconded by Fritz, that the Finance Committee investigate the ooet of having the City books audited for the years 1933 and 1933 and report at the next meeting. Carried. -Moved by Fritz, seconded by Edgerton, that the City Clerk furnish list of property that is delinquent for taxes and sub- ject to sale. Carried.
