Regular meeting of the Board of Trustees called to order
by the President. Trustees present- Addis, Edgerton, Fritz,
Murray and Boulette.
Minutes of regular meeting of Feb. 19, 1924, read and
approved.

Moved by Murray, seconded by Fritz, that the bills be allowed
and warrants ordered drawn for same. Carried, all Trustees
present voting aye.
.The Police Committee reported that the barn' at 12th Street
and First Avenue would be vacated on the Sth and thoroughly
cleaned.
Moved by Murray, eeccnded by Fritz, that Mre. O'Connell
be notified tc remove barn and clean up lot. Carried.

.Moved by Murray, seconded by Addis, that the Health
Committee confer with the Board of Health regarding employment
of Community Nurse. Carried. r�
.Petitions of property owners to grade by private contract,
Second and Fourth Streets from the west line of First Avenue to
the east line of Third Avenue, were read. Moved by Fritz, second-
ed by Murray, that petitions be referred to City Engineer. Carried.
.Report of Recorder for month of February, 1924, presented
and ordered filed.
Report of City Engineer recommending the narrowing of L
Avenue from Sixteenth Street to Twenty-fourth Street, provided
certain owners deed portions of uneubdivided land for street;
recommending that the alley in Block 2 of O'Connell'e Sub. be
not closed; recommending granting permission to property owners
for the grading and curb construction cn Second Street from High-
land Avenue to L Avenue; and recommending granting petition of
property owners to grade portion Grove:Street by private contract
if work is done in satisfactory manner, was read. Moved by Fritz,
seconded by Addis, that the report be accepted. Carried.
✓.RESOLUTION PTO. 862, Accepting Map of Bahia Vista Subdivision,
was read. Moved by Addis, eeconded by Edgerton, that the resolu-
tion be adopted. Carried, all Trustees present voting aye.
f'RESOLDTION NO. 863, Accepting Map of Weetview First Sub-
division, was read. Moved by Murray, seconded by FritZ, that the
resolution be adopted. Carried, all Trustees present voting aye.
J.RESOLGTInr NO. 864, Accepting Map of Lincoln_ Acres Orchard
Subdivision, was read. Moved by Murray, seconded by Fritz, that
the resolution be adcpted. Carried, all Trustees present voting
aye.
,Bond of S. W. Ford, Master Plumber, was presented. Moved
by Addis, seconded 'cy Fritz, that the Bond be approved, accepted
and ordered filed. Carried.

Y RESOLUTION NO. 865, Acceptin? Deed of L. G. Babcock and
wife for portions of Sixteenth Street and Highland Avenue, was
read. Moved by Fritz, seconded 'oy Addis, that the resolution
be adopted. Carried, all Trustees present voting aye.
✓RESOLUTIOA; NO. 866, Calling General Municipal Election
to be held April 14, 1924, was read. Moved by Fritz, seconded
by Murray, that the resolution be adopted. Carried, all Trustees
present voting aye.
•ORDINANCE NO. , Determining that the Balance of the
Bond Issue voted at Special Election July 7, 1920, of 11'22,000.00
Face Value, be not Ieaued or Sold, was read. Moved by Fritz,
seconded by Addie, that it be introduced and laid over under
the rules and according to law. Carried.
,OP.DIYANCE NO. , Providing a System for Assessing,
Levying and Collecting City Taxes and Repealing Ordinance No.
444, was read. Moved by Murray, seconded by Fritz, that it
be introduced and laid over under the rules and according to
law. Carried.
Moved by Murray, seconded by Addie, that the Board
adjourn. Carried.
