Regular meeting of the Board of Trustees called to order
by the President. Trustees present - Addis, Bird, Cordingly,
Fritz and Yurray.
Minutes of ad2ourned meeting of May 13, 1324, read and
approved.

.Communication from William Garrick, Deputy Fire Marshal
and Inspector of Electricity, dated May 20, 1924, requesting
that hie resi_nation be accepted to take effect at once, was
read. Moved by Cordingly, seconded by Bird, that the resigna-
tion be accepted. Carried.
.Report of the City Engineer regarding the closing of cer-
tain alleys as petitioned by the Schiefer Furniture Co~^.:=ny and
Levi, Fenton and ,"emez, and recomnendin' that all be closed,
exceptin- the northerly twenty-five feet of the alley in block
135, was read. 'Coved by Fritz, seconded by Cordingly, that the
report be accented. Carried.

of 60 C.P. be installed at the intersection of Twenty-second
Street and Fifth Avenue. Carried, all Trustees present voting
