Regular meeting of the Board of Trustees called to
order by the President. Trustees present,- Addis, Edgerton,
Fritz, Murtay and Boulette.
Minutes of regular meeting of August 7, 1923, read
and approved.
The following bills audited by the vinance Committee
presented:

,Petition of property owners, requesting that J Avenue
be made 60 foot, from 16th Street to 24th Street was read
and referred to the City Engineer.
• Petition of property owners for a street light at 7th
Street and L Avenue was read and referred to the Street
Committee.
'Petition of G. A. Bushert for an increase of wages was
read and referred to the Finance Committee.
Moved by Fritz, seconded by Murtay, thatMrs. Fly be
given permission to remove palms in parking at National
Avenue and Seventh Street. Carried.
•idoved by Fritz, seconded by Murray, that Mr. Hull be
allowed to remove three pepper trees at Sixth Street and
Highland Avenue. Carried.
.Bond of J. B. Fletcher, as sidewalk builder, was pre-
sented. Moved by Murray, seconded by Fritz, that the bond
be approved, accepted and ordered filed. Carried.
✓•Resolution 2Jo. 826 Approving Diagram of City Engineer
of property affected and benefited by paving with cement
concrete of certain stripe on National Avenue was read.
Moved by Fritz, seconded by Murray, that the Resolution be
adopted. Carried, all Trustees voting aye.
RESOLUTION No. 827 directing City Engineer to furnish
diagram of property affeotei and benefited by the construc-
tion of cement sidewalk and curb on portions of Ninth Street
was read. Moved by Fritz, seconded by Edgerton that the Res-
olution be adopted. Carried all Trustees voting aye.
✓.RESOLUTION NO. 828 approving diagram of property affected
and benefited by the construction of cement sidewalk and
curb on portion of Ninth Street was read, Moved by Fritz,
seconded by Addis, that the Resolution be adripted. Carried
all Trustees voting aye.
,•RESOLUTION NO. 829 adopting plat of district for the
grading and other improvement of portions of B, C and D Ave-
nues was read. Moved by Fritz, seconded by Addis, that the
Resolution be adopted. Carried all Trustees voting -.aye.
✓•RESOLUTION OF INTENTIONNT NO. 830 for the grading and
other improvement of portions of B; C and D Avenues was read.
Moved by Fritz, seconded by Murray, that the Resolution be
adopted. Carried all Trustees voting aye.
.Moved by Murray, seconded by Addis, that the City Clerk
advertise for bide for a one ton truck, with dump body.
Carried all Trustees vetting aye.
Moved by Fritz, seconded by Edgerton, that the Board
ad;ourn. Carried.
