Petition of citizens to abate a nuisance existing upon a portion of Quarte5 Section 107 was read and referred to the Police & Health Committee. Moved by Boulette, seconded by Addis that the City Engineer be instructed to prepare plans for building and toilets in the Park. Carried. Report of the Recorder for the month of December, 1922, was presented and ordered filed. -Report of the City Engineer regarding petition to grade 16th Street, National to petition be granted, was Addle that the report be Carried. Highland Avenues and recommending that read. Moved by Murray, seconded by accepted and the petition be granted. / 195. In the matter of chickens and cows;.etc. the Police Committee reported that they would recommend that the City Attorney draw an ordinance to correspond with the San Diego Ordinance. Moved by Murray, seconded by Fritz that the report be accepted and the City Attorney be in- structed to draw up an ordinance. / RESOLUTION NO. 775 Accepting Map of Lincoln Acres Annex, was read. Moved by Murray, seconded by Fritz, that the Resolution be adopted. Carried, all Trustees present voting aye. RESOLUTION NO. 776, Authorizing the Payment of Bonded Indebtedness due January 1, 1923, amounting to $1219.38, was read. Moved by Fritz, seconded by Murray, that the Resolution be adopted. Carried, all Trustees present voting aye. RESOLUTION NO. 777 Establishing Grade of I Avenue between the Southerly line of Fourth Street and the Northerly line of Eighth Street, was read. Moved by Addis, seconded by Murray that the Resolution be adopted. Carried, all Trustees present voting aye. RESOLUTION NO. 778 OF INTEI?TION to Change and Establish the Grade of portions of G and K Avenues, was read. Moved by Fritz, seconded by Addis that the Resolution be adopted.
