allowed and warrants ordered drawn for the same. Carried, -
all Trustees present voting aye.
Communication from the Health Officer regarding the
locationnof a slaughter house by Mr. John Hohnert, was read.
Moved by Murray, seconded by Fritz that the request of
Bohnert be granted. Carried.
,Petition of residents regarding public nuisance at
2101 8th Avenue was read. Moved by Murray, seconded by
Edgerton that the petition be referred to the Police domrnittee
with po,ver to act. Carried.

Communication from V1ri. E. Harper, President of the
Board of Trustees of the City of Coronado requesting that
the Board appoint one member to assist in arranging the
program for the entertainment of the State League Delegates
at their Convention in Coronado September loth to 14th, was
read. The President appointed Trustee Edgerton.
Reports cf the City Clerk and Treasurer for the Quarter
ending June 30, 1923 presented and ordered filed.
Feport of the Librarian for the year ending June 30,
1923 presented and ordered filed.
Report of the Recorder for the month of June, 1923
presented and ordered filed.
Retort of the Fire Marshal for the year ending June 30,
1923 was read and ordered filed.

/ RESOLUTION ATO. 815 Authorizing Payment of Bonded Indebted—
ness due July 1, 1923 amounting to y446.88, was read. Moved
by Murray, seconded by Addis that the Resolution be adopted.
Carried, all Trustees present voting aye.
RESOLUTION No. 816 Instructin? the City Attorney to file
suit against C.D.Rolfe and Fie to quiet title to portions of
certain streets, vas read. Moved by Edgerton, seconded by hurray
that the Resolution be adopted. Carried, all Trustees present
voting aye.

of a dumping ground be referred to the Police Committee.
