National City, Calif.,April 17, 1922.
The Board of Trustees met pursuant to law for the
purpose of canvassing the returns of the General Municipal
Election held April 10, 1922.
Trustees present,-Cordingly, Boulette, Edgerton and
Snook.
Minutes of regular meeting of April 4, 1922 read and
approved.
The Board of Trustees thereupon opened the ballot boxes
and canvassed the returns.
RESOLUTION NO. 716 Declaring the result of the General
Municipal Election held April 10, 1922, was read. Moved by
Cordingly, seconded by Boulette that the Resolution be
adopted. Carried all Trustees present voting aye. Resolution
as follows:
The minutes were then approved.
Moved by Boulette, seconded by Cordingly that the Board
adjourn eine die. Carried.

The newly elected Board of Trustees of the City of
National City, California, met immediately after the adr
journment of the old Board at the City Hall.
•Present, -Trustees Boulette and Edgerton,membere of the
Board of Trustees as formerly constituted whose terms had
not expired; present also,- Trustees Addis, Fritz and
Murray elected April 10, 1922, each of whom thereupon took
the oath of office.
The Board was called to order by the City Clerk.
Moved by Boulette, seconded by Murray that Trustee
Edgerton be elected President for the ensuing term. Carried.
Moved by Boulette, seconded by Murray that the Board
adjourn. Carried.
