Trustees present,- Addis, Boulette, Fritz, Murray and Edgerton. Minutes of reTular meeting of Aug. 1, 1922, read and approved. Carried, all Trustees present voting aye. 'Mr. J. D. Lakin pr=seat and requested permission to remove trees ad;;ioning his property. Moved,by Hurray, seconded by Boulette, that request be granted, provided black acacias are planted in place of those removed. Carried. -Communication from C. R. Orcutt, regarding building at 17th St. and 8th Ave. was read and referred to City Attorney. 'Communication from Chas, R. Sellars requesting permission to remove eucalyptus trees was read. Moved by Murray, seconded by Fritz, that the rith black acacia. Communication request be granted, same to be replaced Carried. from Fairchild-Gilmore-1711ton Co., asking for an extension of 30 days time in which to complete raving was read. Moved by Roulette, seconded by Addis, that request be granted. Carried. 167. 'Report of the Recorder for the month of July 1922 was read and ordered filed. The Finance Committee reported that they would recommend that the matter of fumnishing gasoline to certain employees stand as it is. ORDINAbiCE NO. 516, an Ordinance Amending Sections iio. 4, 5, 6, 7, 9 and 13 of Ordinance No. 341, providing specifications for the construction of Cement Sidewalks and Curbs, was placed on final passage and on motion by Fritz, seconded by Boulette, same adopted, all Trustees present voting aye. Moved by Boulette, seconded by Fritz, that the Board adjourn, carried. President of the Board of Trustees of the City of National City, California. ATTEST: City Clerk.
