National City, Calif., Dec. 5, 1922.
Regular meeting of the Board of Trustees called to
order by the President. Trustees present,- Addis, Boulette,
Fritz, Murray and Edgerton.
Minutes of regular meeting of November 21, 1922 read
and approved.

Moved by Murray, seconded by Fritz that the bills be
allowed and warrants ordered drawn for the same. Carried,
all Trustees present voting aye.
Communication from the Myatt Mercantile Agency with
bills of Dr. A.J.Pickard, was read and referred to the
City Attorney.
Petition of L. Garcia for a Pool License was read and
referred to the Police Committee.

-Report of the Recorder for the month of November,
1922 presented and ordered filed.
Petition of L.E.C.Smith to cut through curb on National
Avenue near llth Street for a driveway, was read and re-
ferred to the Street Committee.
Report of the Secretary of the Health Board regarding
the keeping of chickens, etc. within the City Limits, was
read. Moved by Addis, seconded by Boulette that the matter
be given more consideration. Carried.
.In the matter of the deed to a portion of the Eaeterly
of the Westerly z of 40 Acre Lot 2, in Quarter Section 131,
recorded at the request of E.L.Bullen,August 8, 1921, it
was moved by Boulette, seconded by Addis that it be referred
to the City Attorney. Carried.
- Mr. L.E.C.Smith stated he wished to deed the City for
street purposes, Lot 6 and a portion of Lots 11 and 12, in
Block 13, Plat. The matter was referred to the City Attorney
and Engineer.
,-, RESOLUTION NO. 762 Accepting Deed of George G. Paul
and Wife for portions of Seventh Street and E Avenue, was
read. Moved by Boulette, seconded by Addis that the
Resolution be adopted. Carried, all Trustees present
voting aye.
/ RESOLUTION NO. 763, Accepting Deed of John A.Huskins
and Wife to portions of Seventh Street and G Avenue, was
read. Moved by Addis, seconded by Boulette that the Reso-
lution be adopted. Carried, all Trustees present voting aye.
✓-RESOLUTION NO. 764, Accepting Deed of Charles W.Copeland
and Wife to portions of Second, Seventh and Eighth Streets
and-0, F, G and Highland Avenues, was read. Moved by Fritz,
seconded by Murray that the Resolution be adopted. Carried,
all Trustees present voting aye.

✓-RESOLUTION NO. 765, Accepting Deed of C. B.Whittelsey
and Wife to portions of Second and Seventh Streets and
C, E, F, G and Highland Avenues, was read. Moved by Fritz,
seconded by Murray, that the Resolution be adopted. Carried
all Trustees present voting aye.
✓.RESOLUTION NO. 766 Of Intention to Close C Avenue
between the Southerly line of First Street and the North—
erly line of Third Street, excepting the intersection
thereof with Second Street, was read. Moved by Murray,
seconded by Addis that the Resolution be adopted. Carried,
all Trustees present voting aye.
f-RESOLUTION NO. 767 Directing the City Engineer to
furnish plans, etc. for the grading of portions of Fifth,
Sixth and Seventh Streets, was read. Moved by Murray,
seconded by Boulette that the Resolution be adopted. Carried,
all Trustees present voting aye.
RESOLUTION NO. 768 Accepting the Map of Lincoln Acres
Subdivision in Quarter Section 127, was read. Moved by
Fritz, seconded by Boulette that the Resolution be adopted.
Carried, all Trustees present votingaye.
Moved by Addis, seconded by Boulette that the Board
adjourn. Carried.
