Regular meeting of the Board of Trustees called to
order by the President. Trustees present,- Boulette, Fritz,
Murray and Edgerton. Addis late.
Minutes cf regular meeting of December 5, 1922 read
and approved.
The following bills audited by a'majo rity.of the
Finance Committee presented:

Moved by Murray, seconded by Fritz that the bills be
allowed and warrants
all Trustees present
ordered drawn for the same. Carried,
voting aye.
The Police Committee made a verbal report regarding
the keeping of cows, chickens, etc.
Cornn'unication from R.L. Phillips regarding above was
read and referred to the Police Committee.
Moved by Boulette-, seconded by Fritz that the President
appoint a cow -man and a chicken -man to meet with Police Com-
mittee and the Board of Health in regard to the keeping of
cows, chickens, etc. Carried.
.Mies Riggle was present and complained of a building
located on L.E.C.Smi.th's property, and the complaint was
referred to the Streets and Public Property Committee.

,Petition of property owners to grade 16th Street from
National Avenue to Highland Avenue was read. Moved by Addis,
seconded by Boulette that it be referred to theCity Engineer.
Carried.
.Moved by Murray, seconded by Addis that a time limit
of two weeks be put in on camp grounds. Carried.
The Police Committee reported that they did not con-
sider it advisable to grant an additional pool license, as
requested by L. Garcia. Moved by Boulette, seconded by Murray
that the report be accepted. Carried.
.Communication from R.J.Clemene as a representative -of
the American Legion, requesting use of the Fire Hall, was
read. Moved by Murray, seconded by Fritz, that it be re-
ferred to the Fire Committee. Carried.
/,RESOLUTION NO. 769 Accepting Easements and Rights of
Way for storm drain from Carl S.Owen and Wife, Albert?A.Jeiauld
and Wife, Olof Nelson and Wife and Mary F. Brown,Sirgle, was
read. Moved by Fritz, seconded by Addis that the Resolution
be adopted. Carried, all Trustees present voting aye.
✓RESOLUTION NO. 770, Accepting Deeds of Ignatz Rottman
and Wife, Charles Kraushaar, Mrs. Mary E.Whitn_ey, Genevieve
L. Torrance and Elizabeth Fleming, to portions of 7th and 8th
Streets and F, E and D Avenues, was read. Moved by Fritz,
seconded by Murray that the Resolution be adopted. Carried,
all Trustees present voting aye.
✓.RESOLUTION NO. 771 Accepting Deed of L.E.C.Smith and
Wife to portions of Lote in Block 13, Original Plat, for an
alley, was read. Moved by Boulette, seconded by Fritz
that the Resolution be adopted. Carried, all Trustees pre-
sent voting aye.
✓•RESOLUTION NO. 772, Accepting Plat of Roth Tract, was
read. Moved by Addis; seconded by Boulette, that the Reso-
lution be adopted. Carried, all Trustees present voting aye.

grading portions of Fifth, Sixth and Seventh Streets, was
read. Moved by Fritz, seconded by Boulette, that the
Resolution be adopted. Carried, all Trustees present voting
aye.
✓RESOLUTION NO. 774 OF INTETTTION to grade portions of
Fifth, Sixth and Seventh Streets, was read. Moved by Fritz,
seconded by Addis, that the Resolution be adopted. Carried,
all Trustees present voting aye.
Moved by Addis, seconded by Fritz, that the Board
adjourn. Carried.
