Regular meeting of the Board of Trustees called to
order by the President. Trustees present,- Cordingly,
Boulette, Edgerton, Sn6ok and Hertel.
Minutes of regular meeting of January 17, 1922 read
and approved.

Moved by Boulette, seconded by Snook that bills be
allowed and warrants ordered drawn for the same. Carried.
Communication from F. W. James regarding extension of time
for Sewer Connect -on was read and ordered filed.

-Communication from John Soderberg regarding P.Avenue
and 12th Street, was read and ordered filed.
Communication from A.G.%Villiams requesting a parking
place in front of #816 National Avenue, was read and ordered
filed.
H. P. Scheuerman requestSd permission to remove five
trees at 7th Street and B Avenue. Moved by Edgerton, seconded
by Roulette that request be granted. Carried.
Communication from the Library Trustees announcing the
resignation of Mrs. Herbert'. Boal and requesting that Mrs.Sara
M. Spafford be appointed to fill out the unexpired term, was
read. Moved by Snook, seconded by Cordingly that Mrs. Sara M.
Spafford be appointed a member of the Library Board to fill out
the unexpired term of Mrs. Lilian G.Boal. Carried.
Petition requesting that the proposition of new fire
equipment be submitted to the voters, was read and ordered filed.
-Report of the Street Superintendent and City Engineer
showing coat of Tennis Courts and the Culvert on 24th Street,
was read and ordered filed.
Report of the City Recorder for the month of January, 1922,
was read and ordered filed.
Bonds of Frank M. Chase and J.W.Manaway, Maoter Plumbers,
were presented. Moved by Snook, seconded by Edgerton that the
Bonds be approved, accepted and ordered filed. Carried.
RESOLUTION NO. 698 Accepting Deed to portion of 1Sth
Street, executed by Lucy A. and Mary M. Moxley, was read. Moved
by Cordingly, seconded by Snook that the Resolution be adopted.
Carried all Trustees present voting aye.
RESOLUTION No. 699,Accepting Deed to portion of 18th
Street, executed by Mrs. Julia A. and George F. Scott, was
read. Moved by Boulette, seconded by Edgerton that the
Resolution be adopted. Carried all Trustees present voting aye.
J RESOLUTION NO. 700 Accepting Partial Release of certain
mortgages by Francis X. and -Emma R. Morrow, -was read. Moved by

Cordingly, seconded by Edgerton that the Resolution be
adopted. Carried, all Trustees present voting aye.
/ RESOLUTIONT NO. 701, Accepting Deeds to portion of
First Street, executed by E. and Fanny J. Thelen, Max and
Ora Muir Thelen, C. B. and Jessie G. Whittelsey, and
Sylvia J. Carpenter,widow, was read. Moved by Cordingly;
seconded by Edgerton that the Resolution be adopted. Carried,
all Trustees present voting aye.
'ORDINANCE N0. , An Ordinance Fixing the Salary
of the Health Officer at $25.00 per month was read. Moved by
Snook, seconded by Cordingly that it be introduced and laid
over under the rules and according to law. Carried.
[RESOLUTION NO. 702, Adopting Plat of District for
grading Eighteenth Street from Highland to P Avenues, was
read. Moved by Boulette, seconded by Edgerton that the
Resolution be adopted. Carried, all Trustees present voting
aye.
J.RESOLUTION OF INTEIrrION NO. 703, grading Eighteenth
Street from Highland Avenue to P Avenue was read. Moved by
Cordingly, seconded by Snook that the Resolution be adopted.
Carried, all Trustees present voting aye.
Moved by Edgerton, seconded by Boulette that the Board
adjourn. Carried.
