Carried, all Trustees present voting aye. Application of A. Chamberlain accompanied with Bond for license as Sidewalk Builder, was presented. .Petition of B. E. Gray to remove trees, was read. Moved by Boulette, seconded by Cordingly that the petition be granted. Carried. ,Petition of citizens requesting that Culvert at North- east corner of National Avenue and Ninth Street be placed in condition to drain properly. Moved by Edgerton, seconded by Cordingly that it be referred to the Street Superintendent. Carried. .Application of H.C.Boulette to be appointed Deputy Marshal without pay at the Union High 8chool,was read. Moved by Cordingly, seconded by Edgerton that H.C.Boulette be appointed a Deputy Marshal. Carried. 130. v •Moved by Cordingly, seconded by Boulette that the Street Superintendent be instructed to sign up with the Sweetwater Water Corporation for a Hydrant to be placed at loth Street and C Avenue. Carried, all Trustees present voting aye. -RESOLUTION NO. 708 Authorizing payment of bonded indebtedness due March 15, 1922, amounting to 3480.00, was read. Moved by Edgerton, seconded by Boulette that the Resolution be adopted. Carried, all Trustees present voting aye. ✓ •RESOLUTION NO. 709 Ordering the work of grading l8th Street from Highland Avenue to P Avenue, was read. Moved by Cordingly, seconded by Boulette that the Resolution be adopted. Carried, all Trustees present voting aye. Mr. A.J. Johnson was present and requested permission to remove trees at #1225 2nd Ave. Moved by Cordingly, seconded by Boulette that the request be granted. Carried. •Moved by Cordingly, seconded by Goulette that the City Attorney and City Engineer be instructed to prepare form of bonds for sidewalk builders and plumbers. Carried. .Moved by Edgerton, seconded by Goulette that the Bond of A. Chamberlain for Sidewalk Builder be approved, accepted and ordered filed. Carried. j- RESOLUTION NO. 710, Directing the City Marshal to notify owners of buildings in the Sewer District *ho have not made connections, that unless same is dine at once criminal pro— ceedings will have to be commenced against them, was read. Moved by Boulette, seconded by Edgerton that the Resolution be adopted. Carried, all Trustees present voting aye. Moved by Edgerton, seconded by Cordingly that Board adjourn. Carried.
