order by the President/ Trustees present,- Boulette, Fritz
and Edgerton; Trustees Addis and Murray absent.

and approved.

sllored and warrants ordered drawn for the same. Carried,
all Trustees present voting aye.
Cem:ranication from A.A.Amos regarding flood gate was
read and referred to the Street Committee.
.Communication from Isaac Rude regarding drainage of
land, was read and referred to the Street Committee.
Report of the Recorder for the month of August, 1922
was read and ordered filed.

-The following bid received for the paving of a portion
of First Street from Yational to F Avenues was read and
referred to the City Engineer:
FAIRCHILD-GILMORE,vILTON-CO.
Excavation per cubic yard $ 0.50
Four inch Asphalt Concrete
Pavement, per square foot .$ 0.174
Two six inch Vitrified Slay
pipe sewer laterals $40.00
The report of the City Engineer regarding bid of the
Fairchild -Gilmore -Wilton -Co. recommending that same be
accepted, was read and ordered filed.
/ RESOLUTION OF AWARD NO. 746 Awarding the Contract for
the Paving of a portion of First Street from National to
F Avenues to the Fairchild -Gilmore -Wilton Co. was read.
Moved by Boulette, seconded by Fritz that the Resolution
be adopted. Carried, all Trustees present *rating aye.
Estimate of the City Engineer, approved by the Super-
intendent of Streets of the work completed to August 31,
1922 by the Fairchild -Gilmore -Wilton -Co. under its contract
dated June 14, 1922, was read and ordered filed.
RESOLUT ION NO. 747, Approving Estimate of City Engineer
and Authorizing Payment to Fairchild -Gilmore -Tilton -Co. the
sum of $17,053.15, was read. Moved by Fritz, seconded by
Boulette, that the Resolution be adopted. Carried, all
Trustees present voting aye.
Certificate of the Street Superintendent regarding
acceptance of work of Fairchild-Gilmore-wilton,- Co. under
contract dated June 14, 1922, was read and ordered filed.
Certificate of the City Engineer regarding acceptance
of work of Fairchild -Gilmore -Wilton -Co. under contract
dated June 14, 1922, was read and ordered filed.

Wilton -Co. under contract dated June 14, 1922, was read.
Moved by Roulette, seconded by Fritz that the Resolution be
adopted. Carried, all Trustees present voting aye.
Budget of the National City Public Library for 1922-23
amounting to $2235.00 was read and ordered filed.
ORDINANCE NO. Fixing the rate and levying taxes
for the fiscal year 1922-1923, 'vas read. Moved by Boulette,
seconded by Fritz, that it be introduced and laid over under
the rules and according to law. Carried.
