Regular meeting of the Board of Trustees called to
order by the President. Trustees p resent,- Cordir.ly,
Goulette, Snook and Hertel. Edgerton absent.
Minutes of regular meeting of July 19, 1921 read and
approved.

and authorizing the proj^r officers of the City to draw a
warrant ii favor of Fairchild-Oilncre-Wilton-Cc. in the sum
of $5,591.22 on "*e Municipal Street Improvement Bond Fund of
1920, •-;as real. Moved by Ccrdtngly, seconded by Boulette,
that the 'Resolution be adopted. Carted, all Trustees pre-
sent voting aye.
Report of the C,ty Engineer ^ith approval of the Superin-
tendent of Streets showing estimate of work completed in
July, 1E21 by the Fairchild-Gi lr'ore-i•'_lton-Co. under con-
tract dated Jane 15, 1921, amountin_ to 137,363.73, was read
and ordered filed.
�• RESOLUTION NO. 660 Approving estimate of the City Engineer
and authorizing the proper officers of the City to draw a
..arrant in favor of Fairchild-Gilr.;cret7iiton-Cc. in the sum
of $26,022.80, on the Municipal Street Improvement Bond Fund
of 192C, •vas read. Moved by Boulette, seconded by Corclingly,
that the Re.solution be adopted. Carried, all Trustees pre-
sent voting aye.

the grade of Twenty Third Street from Sixth Avenue to Ninth
Avenue was read. Moved by Cordina-ly, seconded by Snook that

the grade of Eighteenth Street from Highland Avenue to P Avenue
was read. Moved by Snook, seconded by Boulette that the
Resolution be adopted. Carried, all Trustees present voting
aye.
Moved by Cordinmly, seconded by Boulette, that the Board
adjourn. Carried.
