Trustees present,- Cordingly, Boulette, Edgerton, Snook and Hertel. Minutes of regular meeting of December 21, 1920 read and approved. Carried, all Trustees preeent voting aye. Communication from J. W. Wilson regarding Sewer question was read and the City Clerk was instructed to answer same, stating the Trustees did not care to go into the matter any further. Communication from F. E.Meriam regarding certain improve- ments was read and ordered filed. 37.v Petition of K. N. Van Meter to remove trees was read. Moved by Cordingly, seconded by Snook that the petition be granted, provided trees were replaced with palms. Carried. Petition of Wm. Robinson to remove trees on 4th Avenue *as read. Moved by Edgerton, seconded by Boulette that petition be granted. Carried. Petition of Otto Stang to remove trees. Moved by Boulette, seconded by Snook that the petition be granted. Carried. Reports of the Recorder for the month of December and of the Fire Marshal for Quarter ending December 31, 1920, were read and ordered filed. It now being the hour set for opening bide for the grading and culverts on National Avenue, the following bide were presented: Olaf Neleon R.G. Fenton M.D. Goodbody L.E.C.Smith Chas. Carried. v RESOLUTION NO. 619 Authorizing payment of bonds and intereet due January 1, 1921, amounting to $1275.62, was read. Moved by Cordingly, seconded by Edgerton that Resolution be adopted. Carried, all Trustees present voting aye. 38.E J•RESOLUTION NO. 620 Changing the name of H. Avenue to Highland Avenue, was read. Moved by Edgerton, seconded by Cordingly that the Resolution be adopted. Carried, all Trustees present voting aye. Deed from Mattie J. Gardner to certain land in 20 Acre Lot 2, Quarter Section 133, for street purposes was presented. ✓ RESOLUTION NO. 621, Accepting the deed of Mattie J. Gardner, was read. Moved by Cordingly, seconded by Snook that the Resolution be adopted. Carried, all Trustees present voting aye. The following deeds to the City for street purposes, being a portion of 24th Street, were presented: C. B. Whitteleey and Wife; H. E. Spear and Wife; May Olivia Martin and Husband; Katharine R. Henley,Nellie H. and Samuel H. Taylor; Vesta A. Whicker, Mae Waller and Roy D. Keyes; and the Olivewood Club, a corporation. /.RESOLUTION NO. 622 Accepting the deeds, was read. Moved by Cordingly, seconded by Snook that the resolution be adopted. Carried, all Trustees present voting aye. Moved by Edgerton, seconded by Snook that the Board adjourn to Tuesday, January llth, 1921, at 7:30 o'clook P.M.
