Trustees present,- Cordingly, Goulette, Edgerton, Snook and Hertel. Minutes of regular meeting of January 4, 1921 read and approved. The following bills, audited by the Finance Committee presented: Wm. Field Sewer Inspector $105.00 M. J. Loop Engr.Dept.Sewer Assmt. 100.00 Total $205.00 Moved by Boulette, seconded by Snook that bills be allowed and warrants ordered drawn for the eame.Carried, all Trustees present voting aye. The City Clerk reported he had received check from the State Compensation Insurance Fund,amounting to $33.26, being the final dividend under Policy for the year 1917, and that same had been deposited with the Treasurer. 'Reports of the City Clerk and Treasurer for the quarter ending December 31, 1920, were presented and ordered filed. J.RESOLUTION NO. 623, Accepting Mortgage Release exe- cuted by Security Commercial & Savings Bank of San Diego, for oertain lands in 10 Acre Lot 9, quarter Section 153, for Street purposes, was read. Moved by Cordingly, seconded by Edgerton that the Resolution be adopted.Carried, all Trustees present voting aye. ,Report of the City Engineer regarding bids for grading and culverts on National Avenue and recommending acceptance of bid of Olof Nelson, was read and ordered filed. V RESOLUTION OF AWARD NO. 624, Awarding the contract for the grading and culverts on National Avenue to Olof Nelson. Moved by Edgerton,seconded by Boulette that the Resolution be adopted. Carried, all Trustees present voting aye. 40. ATTEST: Gy,� City Clerk. •Moved by Cordingly, seconded by Snook that the City Clerk be authorized bide of L.E.C.Smith on National Avenue. - RESOLUTION NO. the grade of Twenty to return certified checks accompaning and Chas. Stein for culverts and grading Carried. 625 of Intention to Change and Establish Fourth Street from the Westerly line of Highland Avenue to the Easterly line of Sixth Avenue, *as read. Moved by Cordingly, seconded by Goulette that the Resolution be adopted. Carried, all Trustees present voting aye. I - RESOLUTION N0. 626 of Intention to Change and Establish the grade of National Avenue from the Southerly line of Thirteenth Street to the Northerly line of Thirtieth Street, was read. Moved by Snook, seconded by Cordingly that Resolution be adopted. Carried, all Trustees present voting aye. Moved by Edgerton, seconded by Snook that Board adjourn. Carried.
