Regular meeting of the Board of Trustees called to
order by the President. Trustees present,— Cordingly,
Boulette, Edgerton, Snook and Hertel.
Minutes of adjourned meeting of January 11, 1921,
read and approved.
The following bills, audited by the Finance Committee
presented:

Moved by Boulette, seconded by Snook that the bills
be allowed and warrants ordered drawn for the same. Carried,
all Trustees present voting aye.
Application of C. P.Hille for license to make sewer
connections, was read and ordered filed.
-Protest of E. W.Haseltine regarding Sewer System in
Sanitary Sewer District No. 1, was read. Moved by Snook,
seconded by Edgerton, that it be referred to the City
Attorney. Carried.
-Petition of Mr. C. F. Paull to remove trees, was
read. Moved by Snook, seconded by Edgerton that the petition
be granted. Carried.
Moved by Snook, seconded by Boulette that the following
citizens be appointed as members of the Board of Health for
the ensuing year: Dr. Theo. F.Johnson,Raymond Hill, A.B.
Kimball, C.B.Ireland and W. E. Flank. Carried.

✓RESOLUTION No. 627, Accepting Plane and Specifications
for Excavation of ditch on Eighth Street and Construction of
a Culvert across said Street, was read. Moved by Edgerton,
seconded by Snook that the Resolution be adopted. Carried,
all Trustees present voting aye.
J RESOLUTION No. 628, Setting a time for the hearing of
the protest of E. W. Haseltine, in the matter of Sanitary
Sewer in Sanitary Sewer District No. 1,on Tuesday, January
25th, 1921 at 8:00 o'clock P.M. was read. Moved by Snook,
seconded by Edgerton that Resolution be adopted.Carried,
all Trustees present voting aye.
Moved by Edgerton, seconded by Boulette that the
Board adjourn to Tuesday, January 25th, 1921, at 7:30
o'clock P.M. Carried.
