National City, Calif. June 21, 1921.
Regular meeting of tPe Board of Trustees called to
order by the President. Trustees present,-Cordingly,
Boulette, Snook and Hertel. Edgerton absent.
Minutes of regular meeting of June 7, 1921 read and
approved.
The following bills presented:

Moved by Roulette seconded by Snook that bills be
allowed and warrants ordered drawn for the same. Carried, all
Trustees present voting aye.
Moved by Cordingly, seconded by Snook that the Marshal
be instructed to putchase notification slips. Carried, all
Trustees present voting aye.
-Moved by Cordingly, eeconded by Snook that Dr. E.S.Hill
and Mrs. Lillian G.Boal be reappointed members of the Library
Board cf Trustees for the term ending June 30, 1924. Carried,
all Trustees present voting aye.
RESOLUTION NO. 655, Creating Office of Inerector for
paving and grading certain streets and appointing R. E.Smith,
was read. Moved by Snook, seconded by Roulette that the
Resolution be adopted. Carried by the following vote: Ayes, -
Trustees Roulette, Snook and Hertel. Trustee Cordingly not
voting.

Petition of property owners to order Eighth Street
paved from the point at which the present paving stops to
the Easterly City Limits, was read and ordered filed.
Moved by Snook, seconded by Cordingly that Board
adjourn. Carried.
