Regular meeting of the Board of Trustees called to
order by the City Clerk. Trustees ;resent,—Cordingly,
Boulette and Edgerton. Trustees Snook and Hertel absent.
Moved by Boulette, seconded by Cordingly, that
Trustee Ed-erton act as ?resident pro tem. Carried.
Minutes of regular meeting of liovember 1, 1921 read
and approved.

be allotted and warrants ordered drawn for the same. Carried,
all Trustees __resent voting aye;
.Mr. S. A. Dale present and requested permission to
remove one tree at Second Avenue and 1'7th Street. Loved by
Ccrdingly, seconded by Boulette that the 'etition be granted.
Carried.
-The following bid for the paving of the two tennis courts
in the City Park, was read:
Fairchild—G lmore—Wilton—Co.
at twelve (12) cents per square foot. Moved by Cordingly,
seconded by Boulette that it be referred to the City Engineer.
Carried.

.The following bid -received for the construction of
Concrete Culvert on Twenty Fourth Street: California Glazed
Cement Pipe Co. - $793.00. Moved by Cordingly, Seconded by
Boulette that it be referred to the City Engineer. Carried.
.Report of the Recorder for the month of October was
read and ordered filed.
•ORDINANCE 110. 511, Amending Section 1 of Ordinance
No. 430, adding Bond of City Recorder, was placed on final
passage and on motion by Cordingly, seconded by Boulette,
same adopted all Trustees present voting aye.

✓•RESOLUTION LTO. 688 Granting J. M.Cohen permission to
erect concrete benches at car stops in the City, was read.
Loved by Goulette, seconded by Cordingly that the Resolution
be granted. Carried, all Trustees present voting aye.
Report of the City Engineer reco=ending that the bid
of Fairchild-Gilmore-W?lton-Co. for the 2aving of the two
tennis courts, be aclerted, was read and ordered filed.

:Resolution be adopted. Carried, all Trustees present voting

Moved by Cordingly, seconded by Boulette that the Board
adzourn to Tuesday, November 29th, 1921 at 7:30 o'clock P.M.
Carried.
