read and appre-red.
'Fr. C. Rarreriz was present and requested permission
to remo'e two trees in front of his property on Fifth
Avenue between 19th and 3Oth Streets. Moved by Boulette,
seconded by Snook that petition be granted. Carried.
E. 7. Johnson was present and requested permission
to trim trees on F Avenue. Moved by Cordingly, seconded by
Edgerton th_tt ietition be denied. Carried.

seconded by Snook that the Resolution be adopted. Carried,

was read. Uoved by Roulette, seconded by Snook that the
Resolution be adopted. Carried, all Trustees ;resent voting

-ORDINANCE N0. , An Ordinance Regulating the Use
of Certain Streets for Trucking purposes, was read. Moved
by Snook, seconded by Cordingly that the Ordinance be intro—
duced and laid over under the rules and according to law.
