Report of the Recorder for the month of August, 1921 read and ordered filed. Report of the City Engineer and Street Superintendent, estimate of vork completed during August, 1921 by Fairchild- Gilmore-WiltorrCo. under contract dated June 15, 1921, rras read and ordered filed. 89. V ✓RESOLUTION NO. 664 Approving estimate of the City Engineer and authorizing the proper officers of the City to draw a warrant in favor of Fairchild-Gilmore-'"ilton-Co. in the sum of ?�11,396.96 on the Manic pal Street improvement Bond Fund of 1920, as read. Moved by Cordingly, seconded by Snook that the Resolutior be adopted. Carried, all Trustees present voting aye. -Petition of property owners to close certain streets and alleys in J. P. O'Connell's Terrace Subdivision, was read and referred to the CIty Attorney and City Engineer. ♦ ^ .'.
