Regular meeting of the Board of Trustees called to
order by the President. Trustees present,-Cordingly,
Boulette, Edgerton and Hertel. Snook absent.
Minutes of regular meeting of September 6, 1921 read
and apriroved.
The following bills audited by a ma3ority of the

Moved by Boulette, seconded by Edgerton, that the
bills be allowed and warrants ordered drawn for the same.
Carried, all Trustees present voting aye.

City Attorney be instructed to prepare an ordinance
licensing house -movers and requiring them to paya license
fee
of $10.00 per year. Carried.

509, Fixing the Rate and Levying the
Taxes for the Fiscal year 1921-1922 at $1.60 per $100.00
valuation, was placed on final passage and on motion by
Cordingly, seconded by Boulette, same adopted all Trustees
present voting aye.

RESOLUTION NO. 667, Authorizing the Payment of
Bonded Indebtedness due September 15, 1921, amounting to
:7600.00, was read. Moved by Boulette, seconded by Cordingly
that the Resolution be adopted. Carried, all Trustees pre-
sent voting aye.
✓',RESOLUTION NO. 668, Adopting a Plat of District for
Grading Twenty Third Street from Sixth to Ninth Avenues,
was read. Moved by Edgerton, seconded by Boulette that
the Resolution be adopted. Carried, all Trustees present
voting aye.
1 ,RESOLUTION NO. 669, of Intention to Grade Twenty Third
Street from the westerly line of Sixth Avenue to the Easterly
line of Ninth Avenue, was read. Moved by Boulette, seconded
by Cordingly, that the Resolution be adopted. Carried, all
Trustees present voting aye.
.RESOLUTION NO. 670, Adopting a Plat of District for
Grading Twenty Fourth Street from Highland to Sixth Avenues,
was read. Moved by Edgerton, seconded by Boulette, that
the Resolution be adopted. Carried, all Trustees present
voting aye.
-RESOLUTION NO. 671, of Intention to Grade Twenty Fourth
Street from westerly line of Highland Avenue to easterly
line of Sixth Avenue, was read. Moved by Edgerton, seconded
by Boulette that the Resolution be adopted. Carried, all
Trustees present voting aye.
✓.RESOLUTION :TO. 672, of Intention to Close Alley in
Block 1 of W. R. Rea's Subdivision in Ten Acre Lot 4, Quarter
Section 155; was read. Moved by Cordingly, seconded by
Boulette that the Resolution be adopted. Carried, all Trustees
present voting aye.
-Moved by Cordingly, seconded by Boulette that there be
transferred from Municipal Street Improvement Bond Fund of
1920 to the General Fund, the sum of 34833.84, and that the
City Clerk and City Treasurer be instructed to make the
necessary entries upon their records. Carried.

Moved by Edgerton, seconded by Boulette that there be
transferred from the General Fund to the Salary Fund $156.64; _
from the General Fund to the Street Fund $1000.00; from the
General Fund to the Fire Fund $700.00; from the General Fund
to the Police Fund $600.00; from the General Fund to Sinking
Fund No. 3 $68.25; and that the City Clerk and City Treasurer
be instructed to make the necessary entries upon their records.
Carried.
Moved by Edgerton, seconded by Boulette that the Board
adjourn to Wednesday, September 21, 1921, at 9:00 o'clock
A.M. Carried.
