Moved by Cordingly, seconded by Snook that it be referred tc the City Marshal. Carried. Communication from the Mc'%anus Citrus Products Co. requesting permission to construct an overhead pipe line across Twenty Third Street between Eighth and `'inth Avenues was read. 171." / Resolution No. 587, Granting Permission to McManus Citrus Products Co. to construct an overhead pipe line across Twenty Third Street between 8th and 9th Avenues, was read. Moved by Snook, seconded by Cordingly that Resolution be adopted. Carried, all Trustees present voting aye. Cormunication from the Highway Commission of S..n Diego County, was real -nd laid over. •Petition of S. H. Garrick for an increase or =alr4ry was red and laid over. 'Petition of Francis X Morrow to have telegraph pole removed on F. Avenue, was read, and referral to the Street Committee. • Reports of the ':ity Clerk, City Treasurer and Park Superintendent for quarter ending March 31, 1920, presented and ordered filed. ✓ Resolution No. 588, A.Ithorizing Payment of Bonded Indebtedness, due April 1, 1920, amounting to $1150.00, was read. Mullen received the highest number of votes and has at said election been duly elected to said office. And it is hereby further determined and declared that for the office of City Treasurer, L. F. Ogden received the highest number of votes and has at said election been duly elected to said office. 4. • A A r PFCTION 5.
