purpose of canvassing the returns of general "unicipal
Election held April 12, 1920. Trustees presert,—
Cordingly, Snook, Crandall and Tiertel. Weisser absent.
Minutes of regular meetin3 of April 8, 1930 real
and approved.
The Board hereupon otened the ballot Loses and
canvassed the returns.
✓Resolution No. 589, Declaring the Sesult of the
General :aunicipal Flection held April 12, 1920, was read.
guyed by Crandall, seconded by Cordingly that the
Resol.:tion be adopted. Carried, all Trustees present
voting aye.
The minutes 'rare then approved.
Moved by Crandall, seconded by Cordingly that
Board adjourn sine die. Carried.

The newly elected Board of Trustees of the City of
Nct:onal City, California met immediately after the
adjournment of the bld Board at the City Hall.
Present,— Trustees ^.ordingly, Snook and Hertel,
members of the Board of Trustees as formerly constituted
whose terms had not expired. Present also,— Trustees
Boulette and :Merton, elected April 12, 1920, each of
whom thereupon took the o..th of office.
The Board 'Tax called to order by the City Clerk.
Moved by Snook, seconded by lordin;ly that Trustee
Hertel be elected President for the ensuing term. Carried,
all Trustees present voting aye.
Moved 5y Cordingly, seconded by Snook that Board
