Trustees present,- Cordingly, Boulette, Edgerton, Snook and Hertel. Minutes of meeting of April 19, 1920, read and approved. The President announced the following as members of the standing committees for the ensuing term: Finance & Accounts,-Boulette,F.dgerton & Snook. Streets & Public Property,-Cordingly,Boulette & Snook. Water Supply & Fire Department,-Rdgerton,Cordingly & Snook. Ordinances,Public Health & Morals,-Rdgerton,Boulette & Cordingly. Transportation,-Cordingly,Boulette & Edgerton. Trees, -Snook, Edgerton & Cordingly. The following bills, audited by the Finance Committee presented: James's Nursery Trees,Nat'l/Ave. $50.40 Southwest Builder & Contr. Adv. Sewer 2.00 0: A. Mullen Supplies, etc. 3.00 A. H. Heath Election Supplies 59.00 Mrs.Alice B.Duckwall Election Officer 3.00 Mrs.Martha A. Banke " " 3.00 Chas. H. Sweet " " 3.00 Mary E. Turner " " 3.00 Mrs.Louisa A.Blabon " " 3.00 Augustus B. Grain 74.10 Total $223.50 Moved by Boulette, seconded by Snook that bills be allowed and warrants ordered drawn for the same. Carried, all Trustees present voting aye. W.L.Cagle was present and reouested the transfer of Pool License of Brooks & Martina to Cagle & Martina, he having purchased Mr. Brooks' interest. Moved by Cordingly,seconded by Snook that transfer be allowed. Carried. 175.`� Petitions of Bella B. and A.B.Grant, Fred Lanz, and A.A. and Carrie W. Southworth, for permission to remove trees, were read. Moved by Cordingly, seconded by Fdgerton tnat the petitions be referred to the Tree Committee. Carried. -Bond of the City Clerk was presented. Moved by Cordingly, seconded by Edgerton that same be approved. Carried. Bond of the City Treasurer was presented. Moved by Cordingly, seconded by Boulette that same be approved. Carried. -The City Marshal reported he had granted permission to the Deputy Sheriff of the A.R. & S.F. Ry,. Co. to use City Jail. Moved by Cordingly, seconded by Snook that the petition of S. H. Garrick tor an increase of salary be referred to the Finance Committee. Carried. - The Street Committee to whom the petition of Mr.Morrow, regarding the removal of telegraph pole, was referred, reported they had explained to him that same conditions exist in different parts of the City. Moved by Snook, seconded by Boulette that the Board adjourn to Tuesday, April 27th at 7:30 o'clock P.M. Carried. ATTEST: City Clerk.
