Trustees present,- Cordingly, Goulette, Edgerton, Snook and Hertel. Minutes of Special Meeting of Nov. 30, 1920 read and approved. Amos to remove Edgerton that petition three tree at 22nd and 5th Avenue. Moved by Snook, seconded by Boulette that petition be granted. Carried. Com'-:unication of R. H. Downer relating to the completion of the Sewer System, vas read and ordered filed. V Report of recorder from Oct. 6 to November 30, 1920 read and ordered filed. • RESOLtUTION NO. 609 Directing the City Engineer to furnish Diagram of Property Affected and 3enefitted by Construction of Sewer, etc. was read. Moved by Cordingly, seconded by Ederton that Resolution be adopted. Carried, all Trustees present voting aye. Assignment of R. H. Downer to the Mechanic° Bank of Richmond, California, of the Contract for Sewer Construction //as read, ORDIT'AYCE Ho. Relating to and Regulating Plumbing, etc. was read. Moved by Cordingly, seconded by Edgerton, that it be introduced and laid over under the rules and according to law. Carried. J RESOLUTION N0. 610, Setting Bearing of the Protest of Gust 0. Rudolph in the matter of Sanitary Sewer District No. 1, was read. Moved by Snook, seconded by Cordingly that the resolution be adopted. Carried, all Trustees present voting aye. •RESOLUTION No. 611, Approving Diagram of the City Engineer of Property Affected and Benefitted by the Construction of Sewer System, in Sanitary Sewer District No. 1, as read. Moved by Snook, seconded by Roulette, that- _Resolution be adopted. Carried, all Trustees present voting aye. ✓ REEOLUTT_ON No. 612, Determining and Proposing to grant a Franchise to lay and maintain gas pipes in public streets, etc. for the purpose of carrying gas for heat or power, etc. was read. Moved by Cordingly, seconded by Roulette that the Resolution be adopted. Carried, all Trustees present voting aye. Moved by Cordingly, seconded by Snook that the Board adjourn to Tuesday, December 14, 1920 at 7:30 o'clock P.M. Carried.
