Trustees present,- Cordingly, Boulette, Edcerton and Hertel. Snook absent. Minutes of regular meeting of Dec. 7 1920 read and approved. Waller to remove trees on 24th Street, , also on 0. Avenue, a^„1aranteein` to replace with suitable trees, was read. Moved by Boulette, seconded by Cordingly, that the petition be granted. Carried. Mr. Bushert, livin- at 2nd and n. Avenue .:fished to remo-•e trees on 2nd Street. Moved by _ Cordinglv, ceeondec, by Ed ertor. that petition be granted. Carried. Petitions of property o*ners to grade by private con- tract the following streets were read: First Street from the Sleet line of D. Avenue to the East end of First Street; F. Avenue to the East end of First Street, was read. Moved by Roulette, seconded by Cordingly, that the Resolution be adopted. Carried, all Trustees present voting aye. Moved by Cordingly, seconded by Edgerton that the petitions to grade Second Street from the Peat line of F. Avenue to the Te3t line of Highland Aye:"iie and F. Avenue from the South line of First Street to the T'orth line of Second Street, by private contract, be referred to the City Engineer. Carried. RESOLTITION NO. 614, Accepting Plans and Specifications and 17. irec ting City Clerk to Advertise I'or Bids for Grading and Culverts on National Avenue from a point 100 feet North of the Northerly lino of Fifteenth Street to the Northerly line of Twenty First Street, ;:7as read. Moved by Edgerton, seconded by Cordingly that the Resolution be adopted. Carried, all Trustees present voting aye. Moved by Edgerton, seconded by Cordingly, that Board adjourn. Carried.
