Trustees present,- Cordingly, Boulette, Edgerton, Snook and Hertel. Minutes of adjourned meeting of Dec. 14, 1920 read and approved. Labor 2.00 Lila Williams " Notary Fees 3.00 Total $253.25 Moved by Boulette, seconded by Snook, that the bills be allowed and warrants ordered drawn for the same. Carried, all Trustees present voting aye. Communication from Anthony Zitnik regarding road from his property in Quarter Section 106 to 8th Street, was read and referred to the Street Committee. Resolution No. 615, Repealing and Rescinding Resolution No. 614, accepting pland and specifications for grading and culverts on National Avenue, was read. Moved by Cordingly, seconded by Snook that the Resolution be adopted. Carried, all Trustees present voting aye. J RESOLUTION NO. 616, Adopting plans and specifications and directing the City Clerk to advertise for bide for grading and culverts on National Avenue, 15th to 21st Streets, was read. Moved by:Edgerton, seconded by Boulette that the Resolution be adopted. Carried, all Trustees present voting aye. 35.v ORDINANCE NO. 506 Relating to and Regulating Plumbing and Prescribing Conditions under which plumbing may be carried on in the City, was placed on final passage and on motion by Snook, seconded by Cordingly, eame adopted, all Trustees present voting aye. It now being the time for the hearing of the protest of Gust 0. Rudolph in the matter of Sanitary Sewer District No. 1 and after hearing.,etatement from him the following /RESOLUTION No. 617, overruling and denying protest of Gust 0. Rudolph was read. Moved by Cordingly, seconded by Snook that the Resolution be adopted. Carried, all Trustees present voting aye. RESOLUTION No. 618 of Intention to change and establish the grade of National Avenue from the Southerly line of Thirteenth Street to the Northerly line of Thirtieth Street, was read. Moved by Edgerton, seconded by Boulette, that the Resolution be adopted. Carried, all Trustees present voting aye. Moved by Cordingly, seconded by Goulette that the follow- ing appointments, effective January 1, 1921 be made: Carried. Fire Chief Assistant Fire Chief Firemen. D W. Bird. W D.Gardner.
