Trustees present,- Cordingly, Snook, Crandall and Hertel. Trustee Weisser absent. Minutes of adjourned meeting of Jan. 13, 1920, read and approved. The following bills, audited by a majority of the Finance Committee presented: League of Ca1.Municipalities. Dues $20.00 R.M.Wright Commission -Tax Coll. 274.13 O.A.Mullen Supplies 7.45 Pete Geiler St. Dept. Labor 52.00 National Feed Store " Grain 12.75 Total . .$366.33 Moved by Crandall, seconded by Snook that bills be allowed and warrants ordered drawn for the same. Carried, all Trustees present voting aye. • Petition of A.V.Jordan to install Gasoline Tank, was read. Moved by Snook, seconded by Crandall that petition be granted. Carried. Trustee Snook was excused at this time. . Petition of J. T. Bebee to remove trees was read. Moved by Crandall, seconded by Cordingly that the petition be granted, provided he would replace same with black acacia. Carried. . Reports of the Fire Chief for quarter ending Dec. 31,1919 and year ending Dec. 31, 1919, also report of Health Officer for year ending Dec. 31, 1919, read and ordered filed. • Moved by Crandall, seconded by Cordingly that the City Clerk be instructed to notify Messrs. J. J. Becker and Harry W. Clark that they would be granted permission to remove trees provided same were replaced with black acacia. Carried. •ORDINANCE No. 495, Establishing Grade of First Street from D. Avenue to the Easterly Line of Coombe's Place, was placed on final passage, and on motion by Crandall, seconded by Cordingly, same adopted, all Trustees present voting aye. ,Bond of W. G. Willis, Plumber, was presented. Moved by Crandall, seconded by Cordingly, that the Bond be approved. Carried. Moved by Crandall, seconded by Cordingly, that the Board adjourn to Tuesday, January 27th, 1920, at 7:30 o'clock P.M. Carried.
