Regular meeting of the Board of Trustees called to
order by the President. Trustees present,-Cordingly,
Snook, Crandall and Hertel. Weisser
absent.
Minutes of regular meeting of March 2, 1920, read
and approved.
The following bills, audited by a majority of the
Finance Committee presented:

Moved by Crandall, seconded by Snook that bills be
allowed and warrants orderel drama for the same. Carried,
all Trustees present voting aye.
Communication from John T. Flynn, asking for lease
of Tide Lands, was read and ordered filed.
•Petition of R. F. Montijo to remove trees, was
read and referred to the Tree Committee.
Application of F. L. Malcolm for position as Sewer
Inspector, was real and
ordered filed.
Moved by Snook, seconded by Crandall that
Clerk be instructed to notify owners of Lots 25
the City
to 33
inclusive and 38 to 41 inclusive, Rlock 1, Coombe's Place,
that unless they construct sidewalk and curbs in front of
said property within ninety days, the Eoard will order the
same in. Carried.
Ordinance !To. 497, Repealing Ordinances No. 484,492
and 494 and Fixing the Compensation and Its Mode
of certain Officers and Employees, was placed on

•Moved by Cordingly, seconded by Crandall that the
Street Superintendent be instructed to buy Black Acacias
to fill cut vacant places on National revenue north of
Eighth Street. Carried, all Trustees present voting -aye.
•Protest of John Larue in the matter of Sanitary
Sewer District No. 1, was read.
•Resolution No. 583, setting the time for the hearing
of the protest of John Larue, in the matter of the Sanitary
Sewer District N•To. 1, at 7:30 o'clock_ P.M., March 25, 1920,
was read. Moved by Cordingly, seconded by Crandall that
Resolution be adopted. Carried, all Trustees present voting
aye.
Resolution No. 584, instructing the City Fngineer
to prepare an estimate of cost and expense of paving
certain streets, was read. Moved by Crandall, seconded by
Cordingly that resolution be adopted. Carried, all Trustees
present voting aye.
Moved by Crand•111, seconded by Cordingly that Board
adjourn to Thursday, March 25th, 1920, at 7:30 o'clock
P.M. Carried.
