National City, Calif. March 25, 1920.
Ad;ourned meeting of the Board of Trustees called
to order by the President. Trustees present,— Cordingly,
Snook, Crandall and Hertel. Weisser absent.
Minutes of regular meeting of March 13, 1920 read
and approved.
It now being the time set for hearing the protest
of John Larue in the matter of Sanitary Sewer District
No. 1, and he not being present; Resolution No. 585,
denying the protest,objection and remonstrance of said
John Larue, 'vas read. Moved by Crandall, seconded by
Cordingly that the resolution be adopted. Carried, all
Trustees present voting aye.
/PFSOLTTTION NO. 586, Ordering Work,Sanitary Sewer
District No. 1, was read. Moved by Cordingly, seconded
by Crandall that resolution be adopted. Carried,all
Trustees present voting aye;
Petition of Mr. John J. Fitzpatrick to cut out
curbing in order to install passage way for automobile
was read. Moved by Crandall, seconded by Snook that
petition be granted. Carried.
Petition of Warren v. Libby, requesting that grade
be establishod on I. Avenue between 28th and 30th Streets,
was read. Moved by Crandall, secohded by Snook that it
be referred to the Street Committee. Carried.
Petition of property owners on 5th Avenue to have same
leveled, was read. 'loved -by Crandall, seconded by Snook
that it be referred to the Street Committee. Carried.
-The City Clerk reported he mailed letter to Tors. John
WalLer, and that same had been returned. Was instructed to
mail sans to ur. L.W.Schauer, San Diego, reruesting him to
forward sane t-i Mrs. 'calker.

'Estimate of City Engineer of cost of paving
Streets, as racomirended b7 the Committee, amounting to
$170,910.00, read and ordered filed.
Moved by ^randall, seconded by nordingly that
Board adourn. Carried.
