Regular meeting of the Board of Trustees called to
order by the President. Trustees ;resent,- Cordingly,
Goulette, Edgerton, Snook andHertel.
J?ir_utes of adjourned meeting of Nov. 9, 1820, read and
approved.
The following bills, audited by the Finance Committee
presented:

's lo-*ed by Roulette, seconded by Snook that the bills be
allowed and warrants ordered drawn for the sane. Carried,
all Trustees present voting aye.
Petition of citizens rera,rding C. Avenue bet,-een 16th
and lath Streets, was read. Moved by Edgerton, seconded by
Snook that it be referred �c the Street coLr:ittee. Carried.
-Protest of Duct 0. Rudolph against charges for Sewer,
was read. Moved by Snook, seconded by Cordingly that it
be referred to the City Attorney.Carried.
-Request of P. H.Do'-ner for an extensnon of time to
complete the ',ark of installing sewer, was read. Moved by
Snook, seconded by Edgerton that it be referred to the Finance
Co'rittee. Carried.
-It now being 8:00 o'clock, time sat for opening bids
for the 1180,000.00 Streat improvement Bonds, the Clerk read
bid of Blythe, critter Co. --Stephens & Co. at the rate of
par and ,Inrued interest to the date of delivery, certified
check accompanied bid. '.loved by Goulette, seconded by
Edgerton that the bid of Blythe,Uitter d Co. --Stephens & Co.
be accepted. :lotion lost by the followin> vote: Ayes, -Trustees
Roulette and Edgerton. i`ldyes,-Cordingly, Snook and Hertel.

Clerk be instructed to return certified check to Blythe —
Witter & Co. --Stephens S Co. Carried. ✓
.The Finance Comm ttee to whom the req'.:est for an increase
of ';ages of Bud Brigs was referred, reported they could not
recom:end an increase. Moved by Cordingly, seconded by
Boulette that the petition of Bud Briggs for an increase of
wages be denied. Carried.
Moved by Cordingly, seconded by Boulette that the
teamsters be allowed Saturday afternoons off. Carried.
1 moved by Cordingly, seconded by Edgerton that the petition
to close alley in Block 12, Kimball's Subdivision in 20 Acre
Lot 3, Quarter Section 231, be denied. Carried.
Moved by Cordingly, seconded by Edgerton that the Board
adjourn. Carried.
