(Neighborhood Services) RECOMMENDATION: Approve the Application for a Temporary Use Permit subject to compliance with all conditions of approval. STAFF REPORTS City Manager Leslie Deese reminded everyone about the 2"a Annual Community Service Day on April 25, 2015. MAYOR AND CITY COUNCIL Member Mendivil clarified his belief that while we need to be helpful and compassionate with the plight of the homeless we also need to consider at what point do we continue to allow them to break the law. Member Sotelo-Solis suggested on the issue of the homeless, that the City set some long and short-term goals for what we want to accomplish addressing the problem. Member Rios reported on the membership success of the Rotary Club. Member Cano brought up the issue, of motorhomes paring in the Tideiands Avenue area. taking up parking from Fil4itely people who don't want to park on the base and said the City needs to look into ways to provide parking for those people. Mayor Morrison provided an update on water issues and the drought, noting that the Governor has modified his conservation standards and a recent court deei&ion :,s�ili impact ability of water maintain - �- ... .�. they agencies to ,,,u,r�,u,;, tiered rate structures to promote conservation.
