ROLL CALL Council / Board members present: Cano, Morrison, Quintero, Rios, Sotelo-Solis. Administrative Officials present: Dalla, Meteau, Morris -Jones, Raulston, Winney. CITY COUNCIL OPEN SESSION PUBLIC COMMENTS — None. CONTRACT (C2020-6) 1. Resolution No. 2020-13. RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF NATIONAL CITY AUTHORIZING THE MAYOR TO EXECUTE A TWO YEAR AGREEMENT WITH HUB INTERNATIONAL INSURANCE SERVICES INC., FOR INSURANCE BROKERAGE SERVICES, EFFECTIVE FEBRUARY 1, 2020, FOR A TERM OF TWO YEARS WITH THE OPTION TO EXTEND BY ONE-YEAR INCREMENTS FOR UP TO AN ADDITIONAL THREE YEARS AS APPROVED BY THE CITY MANAGER. (Human Resources) RECOMMENDATION: Adopt the Resolution. TESTIMONY: None. ACTION: Motion by Morrison, seconded by Cano, to adopt the Resolution. Carried by unanimous vote.
