AN ORDINANCE PURSUANT OT LAND USE CODE OF
THE CITY OF NATIONAL CITY, CALIFORNIA
(Initiated Zone Change to re -zone from
institutional -civic, open space (IC -OS)
to residential multiple family planned
development (RM-1-PD) the property at
2820 Lincoln Court (ZC-2-81)
WHEREAS, pursuant to the terms and provisions of
the Government Code of California, proceedings were duly
initiated for the rezoning of those parcels of real pro-
perty hereinafter described, and for the amendment of
the Land Use Code of th.e City of National City, and
WHEREAS, pursuant to due and legal notice, hear-
ings were held by the City Planning Commission of said City
and also by the City Council of said City, and all persons
interested were given opportunity to appear and be heard
before said Planning Commission and said City Council, and
WHEREAS, the City Planning Commission of National
City has regularly and duly certified to the City Council
its report and has recommended such rezoning and such amend-
ment;
NOW, THEREFORE, the City Council of the City of
National City, California does ordain as follows:
SECTION 1. All protests, if any, against said
rezoning and said amendment to th.e Land Use Code, and each
of them, be and hereby are denied and overruled.
SECTION 2. That all the below described real
property is by this Ordinance rezoned from institutional -
civic, open space (IC -OS). to residential multiple family
planned developemnt (RM-1-PD) th.e property at 2820 Lincoln
Court (ZC-2-81) .
Portion of San Diego County Assessor's Plat Map
563-15 and 563-16.
Those portions of the east 1/2 of 40 Acre Lot 1
of Quarter Section 134, Rancho de la Nacion, Map
No. 166, by Morrill, filed May 11, 1869, and
those portions of Lincoln Acres, Map No. 1740,
filed December 6, 1922, more particularly described
as follows:
Beginning at the southeast corner of said 40 Acre
Lot 1, said point also being in the westerly line
of said Map 1740, said point also being in the
westerly right-of-way line of Lincoln Court per
said Map 1740, thence westerly along the southerly
line of said 40 Acre Lot 1, 120 feet to a point;
thence northerly, along a line parallel with the
easterly line of said Quarter Section 134, 190 feet;
thence easterly along a line parallel with the said
southerly line of 40 Acre lot 1, and its easterly pro-
longation to an intersection with the aforesaid west-
erly right-of-way line of Lincoln Court; thence south-
erly along said westerly right-of-way line to the
point of beginning.
