ORDINANCE OF THE CITY COUNCIL
OF THE CITY OF NATIONAL CITY, CALIFORNIA,
AMENDING TITLE 18 (ZONING) OF THE
NATIONAL CITY MUNICIPAL CODE
REGARDING THE RETAIL SALE OF SEAFOOD
BE IT ORDAINED by the City Council of the City of National City as follows:
Section 1. That a new Section 18.16.195 be added to the Municipal Code to
read as follows:
18.16.195 Markets that sell seafood. New markets that are less than 25,000
sq.ft. in area with seafood sales comprising 10% or more of gross sales shall
be located a minimum distance of three hundred feet from any residential zoned
properties.
PASSED and ADOPTED this 5th day of March , 1991.

with by a vote of not less than a majority of the members elected to the
