HomeMy WebLinkAboutCC ORD 1996-2125 Adds § 10.25.060, telephone booths (10.25)ORDINANCE NO. 96-2125 AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF NATIONAL CITY ADDING SECTION 10.25.060 TO THE NATIONAL CITY MUNICIPAL CODE, RELATING TO MAINTENANCE OF TELEPHONE BOOTHS OR ENCLOSURES BE IT ORDAINED by the City Council of the City of National City that Section 10.25.060 is hereby added to the National City Municipal Code, to read as follows: 10.25.060 Telephone Booths or Enclosures. All telephone booths and enclosures shall be properly maintained and kept free of graffiti, litter and debris, and shall not be permitted to fall into a state of disrepair.
