AN ORDINANCE PURSUANT TO LAND USE CODE OF THE
CITY OF NATIONAL CITY, CALIFORNIA
(ZC-7-78, (a) To rezone from RM-1-D-20 to RS-2-D-10 the
properties on the south side of 4th Street between 2026
thru 2140 inclusive, and the northerly 150 feet of property
at 2004 4th Street and (b) To rezone from RM-1-D-20 to
RT-D-15 the following properties: the properties on the
east side of "T" Avenue, 431 through 535 inclusive; the
southerly 50 feet of the property at 2004 4th Street;
the lots on the north side of 7th Street from "T" Avenue
through 2047 inclusive; the lots on the south side of
7th Street - 2012 through 2048 inclusive; the lots on
the north side of 8th Street.- 2005 through 2031 inclu-
sive; the parcel between 7th and 8th Streets and adjoin-
ing the east side of the properties at 2048 7th and 2031
8th Streets.)
WHEREAS, pursuant to the terms and provisions
of the Government Code of California, proceedings were
duly initiated for the rezoning of those parcels of real
property hereinafter described, and for the amendment
of the Land Use Code of the City of National City, and
WHEREAS, pursuant to due and legal notice,
hearings were held by the City Planning Commission of
said City and also by the City Council of said City,
and all persons interested were given opportunity to
appear and be heard before said Planning Commission and
said City Council, and
WHEREAS, the City Planning Commission of
National City has regularly and duly certified to the
City Council its report and has recommended such rezon-
ing and such amendment;
NOW, THEREFORE, the City Council of the City
of National City, California does ordain as follows:
SECTION 1. All protests, if any, against
said rezoning and said amendment to the Land Use Code,
and each of them, be and hereby are denied and overruled.
SECTION 2. That all the below described
real property now zoned RM-1-D-20 (Residential Multiple -
Density 20) is by this Ordinance rezoned to RS-2-D-10
(Residential Single Family -Density 10):
All that portion of the Easterly Half of 80 Acre Lot 2, Quarter
Section 130, Rancho De La Naci on , per Map thereof Number 166, on file
in the Office of the County Recorder of San Diego County, California,

Family -Density 15) :

Thence North 19° West, 50 feet; Thence North 71° East, 50 feet; Thence
North 19° West, 100 feet; Thence South 71° West, 80 feet; Thence North

with by a vote of not less than a majority of the members elected to the
