AN ORDINANCE PURSUANT TO LAND USE CODE OF THE
CITY OF NATIONAL CITY, CALIFORNIA
(ZC-14-76, to rezone from CL-PD [Commercial Limited -Planned
Development] to RS-2-PD [Residential Single Family -Planned
Development] a portion of the property located at 3 70 0- 3 80 0
Sweetwater Road, South side)
WHEREAS, pursuant to the terms and provisions
of the Government Code of California, proceedings were
duly initiated for the rezoning of those parcels of real
property hereinafter described, and for the amendment of
the Land Use Code of the City of National City, and
WHEREAS, pursuant to due and legal notice,
hearings were held by the City Planning Commission of
said City and also by the City Council of said City, and
all persons interested were given opportunity to appear
and be heard before said Planning Commission and said
City Council, and
WHEREAS, the City Planning Commission of National
City has regularly and duly certified to the City Council
its report and has recommended such rezoning and such amend-
ment;
NOW, THEREFORE, the City Council of the City
of National City, California does ordain as follows:
SECTION 1. All protests, if any, against said
rezoning and said amendment to the Land Use Code, and each
of them, be and hereby are denied and overruled.
SECTION 2. That all the below described real
property now zoned CL-PD (Commercial Limited -Planned Devel-
opment) is by this Ordinance rezoned to RS-2-PD (Residential
Single Family -Planned Development) a portion of the property
located at 3700-3800 Sweetwater Road, South side:

All that portion of Quarter Section 99, of
Rancho de la Nacion, in the County of San
Oiego, State of California, according to
Map thereof No. 166, made by George S. Morrill,
filed in the office of the County Recorder
of San Diego County, May 11, 1869, more
particularly described as follows:
COMMENCING at the Northeast corner of James
C. Patten Subdivision Map No. 5139; thence North
17°42'08" West (North 18°07'50" West per Map
No. 5139), 240.39 feet along the prolongation
of the Easterly line of said Map No. 5139
to the TRUE POINT OF BEGINNING; thence leaving
said prolongation of the Easterly line South
70°50'22" West, 351.13 feet to a tangent
50.00 foot radius curve concave Northeasterly;
thence Northwesterly along the arc of said
curve through a central angle of 90°00'00",
78.54 feet; thence tangent to said curve
North 19°09'38" West, 160.76 feet to a point
on the Southerly line of Sweetwater Road;
thence Northeasterly along said Southerly
line, North 71°09'57" East, 16.46 feet;
thence leaving said Southerly line South
16°21'28" East, 109.62 feet; thence North
73°38'32" East, 155.53 feet; thence South
16°21'28" East, 91.08 feet to a point on
the arc of a 45.00 foot radius curve concave
Southeasterly, a radial line through said
point bears North 72°43'35" West; thence
Easterly along the arc of said curve through
a central angle of 66°12'30", 52.00 feet;
thence North 06°31' 05" West, 21.41 feet;
thence North 71°09'57" East, 189.41 feet
to a point on the prolongation of the
Easterly line of said Map No. 5139; thence
South 17°42'08" East, 39.61 feet along
said prolongation to the TRUE POINT OF
BEGINNING.
