AN ORDINANCE PURSUANT TO LAND USE CODE OF THE
CITY OF NATIONAL CITY, CALIFORNIA
(ZC-12-77, to rezone properties at 2337-2339 East 13th
ST [Assessor's Parcels 557-380-14 and 558-091-01] from
CT-PD [Tourist Commercial -Planned Development] to RT
[Two Family Residential])
WHEREAS, pursuant to the terms and provisions
of the Government Code of California, proceedings were
duly initiated for the rezoning of those parcels of real
property hereinafter described, and for the amendment of
the Land Use Code of the City of National City, and
WHEREAS, pursuant to due and legal notice,
hearings were held by the City Planning Commission of
said City and also by the City Council of said City, and
all persons interested were given opportunity to appear
and be heard before said Planning Commission and said
City Council, and
WHEREAS, the City Planning Commission of National
City has regularly and duly certified to the City Council
its report and has recommended such rezoning and such amend-
ment;
NOW, THEREFORE, the City Council of the City of
National City, California does ordain as follows:
SECTION 1. All protests, if any, against said
rezoning and said amendment to the Land Use Code, and each
of them, be and hereby are denied and overruled.
SECTION 2. That all the below described real
property now zoned CT-PD (Tourist Commercial -Planned Develop-
ment) is by this Ordinance rezoned to RT (Two Family Resi-
dential) properties at 2337-2339 East 13th ST [Assessor's
Parcels 557-380-14 and 558-091-01] :
The Westerly 33 feet of the Southerly 205 feet
of the Northerly Half of the Northwesterly
Quarter of the Southwesterly Quarter of Quarter
Section 106, Rancho De La Nacion, per Map thereof
Number 166, filed in the Office of the County
Recorder of San Diego County, California, May
11, 1869; TOGETHER WITH the Easterly Half of
the Northeasterly Quarter of the Northeasterly
Quarter of the Easterly Half of 80 Acre Lot 2,
Quarter Section 129, of said Rancho De La Nacion.
Excepting therefrom that portion lying Northerly
of a line which lies between the following points
"A" and "B". Point "A" lies 125 feet Southerly
of the Northeasterly corner of said 80 Acre Lot
2 and on the Easterly line of said Quarter Section
129. Point "B" lies 165 feet Southerly of the
Northerly line of said 80 Acre Lot 2 and 165
feet Westerly of Easterly line of said Quarter
Section 129.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 6th day of September ,
1977.

I HEREBY CERTIFY that the foregoing ordinance was not finally adopted
until seven calendar days had elapsed between the days of its introduction
and the days of its final passage, to wit, on August ?3.,..1977
and on
September 6, 1977
I FURTHER CERTIFY THAT said ordinance was read in full prior to its
final passage or that the reading .of said ordinance in full was dispensed
with by a vote of not less than a majority of the members elected to the
Council and that there was available for the consideration of each mem-
ber of the Council and the public prior to the day of its passage a written
or printed copy of said ordinance.
