HomeMy WebLinkAboutCC ORD 1974-1432 Rezone (Repealed by 1503)1432 ORDINANCE NO. 1432 AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ORDINANCE NO. 962, ZONING ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF NATIONAL CITY, CALIFORNIA [ZC-6-74 to rezone from F-1 (Floodway Zone) to F-2 (Flood Plain Zone) on the Bonita Golf Course Property -Koenig Corporation] WHEREAS, pursuant to the terms and provisions of the Government Code of California, proceedings were duly initi- ated for the rezoning of those parcels of real property hereinafter described, and for the amendment of National City Zoning Ordinance No. 962, and WHEREAS, pursuant to due and legal notice, hearings were held by the City Planning Commission of said City and also by the City Council of said City, and all persons interested were given opportunity to appear and be heard before said Planning Commission and said City Council, and WHEREAS, the City Planning Com- mission of National City has regularly and duly certified to the City Council its report and has recommended such rezoning and such amendment; NOW, THEREFORE, the City Council of the City of National City, California does ordain as follows: SECTION 1. All protests, if any, against said rezoning and said amend- ment to Ordinance No. 962, and each of them, be and hereby are denied and overruled. SECTION 2. Section 5.11 is hereby added to Ordinance No. 962 and shall read as follows: Section 5.11. That all the below de- scribed real property now zoned F-1 (Floodway Zone) is by this Ordinance rezoned to F-2 (Flood Plain Zone): All those portions of Quarter Sections 100, 109, and 110 of Rancho De La Nacion in the City of National City, County of San Diego, State of Cali- fornia, according to Map thereof No. 166 filed in the Office of the Re- corder of said County, TOGETHER WITH portions of Lots 8, 9 and 10 of L. W. SECTION 3. Consideration of Environ- mental Impact Report. The City Council certifies that it has received and considered the Final, and Draft, Environmental Impact Report for this project prior to adopting this Or- dinance.
