ZONING ORDINANCE AND ADOPTING SAID ORDINANCE AS AN URGENCY
ORDINANCE
WHEREAS, there is now pending for
the public property to be rezoned by

the project will go forward to con-
clusion, and
WHEREAS, the City Council has deter-
mined that allowing the construction
of the proposed project would be detri-
mental to the health, safety and
welfare of the people of National City,

WHEREAS, the City Council has
heard the report and recommendations
of the City Planner;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED
that the property situated in the City
