' 1368 ORDINANCE NO. 1368 AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ORDINANCE NO. 962, ZONING ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF NATIONAL CITY, CALIFORNIA (ZC-7-73 to rezone portions of the E. J. Christman business and Industrial Park to TRC-PD (Transportation Center - Planned Development) and M-1 (Special Limited Industrial Planned Development) WHEREAS, pursuant to the terms and provisions of the Government Code of California, proceedings were duly initiated for the rezoning of those parcels of real property hereinafter described, and for the amendment of National City Zoning Ordinance No. 962, and WHEREAS, pursuant to due and legal notice, hearings were held by the City Planning Commission of said City and also by the City Council of said City, and all persons interested were given opportunity to appear and be heard before. said Planning Commission and said City Council, and WHEREAS, the City Planning Commission of National City has regularly and duly certified to the City Council its report and has recommended such rezoning and such amendment; NOW, THEREFORE, the City Council of the City of National City, California does ordain as follows: SECTION 1. All protests, if any, against said rezoning and said amendment to Ordinance No. 962, and each of them, be and hereby are denied and overruled. SECTION 2. Section 5.00 is hereby added to Ordinance No. 962 and shall read as follows: Section 5.00. That all the real property more fully described and attached hereto as Exhibit "A" and by this reference incorporated into this Ordinance as though therein set out in full, be rezoned to TRC-PD (Transportation Center - Planned Development) and M-1 (Special Limited Industrial Planned Development). PASSED AND ADOPTED this 12th day of June, 1973.
