ORDINANCE NO. 1314
AN ORDINANCE AMENDING
ORDINANCE NO 962, ZONING
ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF
NATIONAL CITY, CALIFORNIA
(Zone Change ZC-3-72, to Prezone to R-4-
PD Residential Planned Development, the
Southerly Side of 24th Street between Las
Palmas Park and 1-105)
WHEREAS, pursuant to the terms and
provisions of the Government Code of
California, proceedings were duly
initiated for the prezoning of those parcels
oef real property hereinafter described,
and for the amendment of National City
Zoning Ordinance No. 96Z and
WHEREAS, pursuant to due and legal
notice, hearings were held by the City
Planning Commission of said City and
also by the City Council of said City, and
all persons interested were given
opportunity to appear and be heard before
said Planning Commission and said City
Council, and
WHEREAS, the City Planning
Commission of National City has
regularly and duly certified to the City
Council its report and has recommended
such prezoning and such amendment;
NOW, THEREFORE, The City Council
of the City of National City, California
does ordain as follows:
SECTION 1. All protests, if any against
said prezoning and said amendment to
Ordinance No. %2, and each of them, be
and hereby are denied and overruled.
SECTION 2. Section 4.77. That all the
below described real property is by this
ordinance prezoned to R-4-PD,
Residential Planned Development Zone:
Those portions of Lots 33 and 34 and of
Lots 41, through 45 inclusive and all of
Lots 46 through 51 inclusive, together
,with a portion of 24th Street in Lincoln
Acres in the County of San Diego,.
State of California according to the
Map thereof No. 1740 f iled in the Off ice
of the County Recorder of said San
Diego County on December 6, 1922,
described as follows:
Beginning at the Southwest corner of
said Lot 41; thence along the Westerly
prolongation of the Southerly line of
said Lot 41 a distance of 120 feet;
thence Northerly parallel with the
Easterly line of Lot 34 a distance of 97
feet; thence Westerly parallel with
the Northerly line of Lot 33; a distance
of 120 feet to the Westerly line of said
Lot 33; thence Northerly along said
Westerly line to the Northwesterly
corner of said Lot 33; thence Westerly
along the Southerly lines of Lots 50
and 51 to the Southwesterly corner Of
said Lot 51; thence Northerly along
the Westerly line of said Lot 51 and its
Northerly prolongation to the center
line of 24th Street and the boundary of
the City of National City; thence
Easterly along said Boundary to it%
intersection with the Westerly right-
of-way line of Interstate Highway i•
105; thence Southerly along said
Westerly right-of-way line to its
intersection with the Easterly
prolongation of the Southerly line of
Lot 41; thence westerly along said
Easterly prolongation and said
Southerly line to the point of
beginning.

Council of the City of National City, ,
California, this 16th day of May, 1972, by
the following vote, to -wit:
