1. INTENT AND PURPOSE
This zone is designed pri-
marily to furnish areas for new
and -used automobile and truck
sales and services. The objec-
tive is to provide for a complete
sales and service unit for each
dealership on contiguous land.

In order to provide potential
developers a maximum flexi-
bility of development and to en-
courage and obtain the highest

sign, specific development con-
trols and requirements for non-
residential use zones are pro-
vided on a limited basis only.
Each development proposal will
be considered as a Planned Unit
Development and will he sub-
ject to the Design Objectives
as follows:
(a) All construction shall be
of a type and nature that com-
bines good design with struc-
tural quality.
(b) Development shall be of
an architectural style, theme,
or design which is compatible
with the entire zone.

be erected, constructed, con-
verted, established, altered,
and/or enlarged nor shall any
premises be used except for one
or more of the purposes set
forth in this ordinance and sub-
ject to the approval of the plans
by the Planning Commission.
