HomeMy WebLinkAboutCC ORD 1966-1133 Adds § 4.38 to Ord. 962, zoning (Repealed by 1503)ORDINANCE NO. 1133 AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ORDINANCE N0. 962, ZONING ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF NATIONAL CITY, CALIFORNIA (Connor, Leonard Street, Twenty-fourth Street, Van Ness, Montgomery, Hogan, Shelby Drive, and Wise Annexations) WHEREAS, pursuant to the terms and provisions of the Government Code of California, proceedings were duly in- itiated for the rezoning of those parcels of real property hereinafter described, and for the amendment of National City Zoning Ordinance No. 962, and WHEREAS, pursuant to due and legal notice, hearings were held by the City Planning Commission of said City and also by the City Council of said City, and all persons inter- ested were given opportunity to appear and be heard before said Planning Commission and said City Council, and WHEREAS, the City Planning Commission of National City has regularly and duly certified to the City Council its report and has recommended such rezoning and such amend- ment; NOW, THEREFORE, the City Council of the City of National City, California does ordain as follows: SECTION 1. All protests, if any, against said rezoning and said amendments to Ordinance No. 962, and each of them, be and hereby are denied and overruled. SECTION 2. Section 4.38. That notwithstanding anything to the contrary in Section 4 of this Ordinance, there is hereby established and adopted: An R-2, Two Family Residence Zone on all the follow- ing described properties: 1. All that certain territory known as the Connor Annexation, which is more particularly described in Ordinance No. 1080 of the City of National City, which said description is made a part hereof as though set forth at length. 2. All that certain territory known as the Leonard Street Annexation, which is more particularly described in Ordinance No. 1043 of the City of National City, which said description is made a part hereof as though set forth at length. 3. All that certain territory known as the Twenty- fourth Street Annexation, which is more particularly described in Ordinance No. 1084 of the City of National City, which said. description is made a part hereof as though set forth at length. 4. All that certain territory known as the Van Ness Annexation, which is more particularly described in Ordinance No. 1055 of the City of National City, which said description is made a part hereof as though set forth at length. An R-4, Multiple Residence Zone on all that certain territory known as the Montgomery Annexation, which is more particularly described in Ordinance No. 1059 of the City of National City, which said description is made a part hereof as though set forth at length. A C-2-A, Limited Commercial Zone on all the follow- ing described properties: 1. A11 that certain territory known as the Hogan Annexation, which is more particularly described in Ordinance No. 1064 of the City of National City, which said description is made a part hereof as though set forth at length. 2. All that certain territory known as the Shelby Drive Annexation, which is more particularly described in Or- dinance No. 1065 of the City of National City, which said des- cription is made a part hereof as though set forth at length. 3. All that certain territory known as the Wise Annexation, which is more particularly described in Ordin- ance No. 1079 of the City of National City, which said des- cription is made a part hereof as though set forth at length.
