AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ORDINANCE NO. 962, ZONING
ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF NATIONAL CITY, CALIFORNIA
(Ridgeway Drive, Wright, Pommier, Slepko, Alta
Drive, Prospect Street and Proctor Annexations)
WHEREAS, pursuant to the terms and provisions of the
Government Code of California, proceedings were duly initiated
for the rezoning of those parcels of real property hereinafter
described, and for the amendment of National City Zoning Ordin-
ance No. 962, and
WHEREAS, pursuant to due and legal notice, hearings
were held by the City Planning Commission of said City and al-
so by the City Council of said City, and all persons interested
were given opportunity to appear and be heard before said Plan-
ning Commission and said City Council, and
WHEREAS, the City Planning Commission of National City
has regularly and duly certified to the City Council its report
and has recommended such rezoning and such amendment,
NOW, THEREFOR, the City Council of the City of Nat-
ional City, California does ordain as follows:
SECTION 1. All protests, if any, against said rezon-
ing and said amendments to Ordinance No. 962, and each of them,
be and hereby are denied and overruled.
SECTION 2. Section 4.39. That notwithstanding any -
thins to the contrary in Section 4 of this Ordinance, C,ere is
hereby established and adopted:
An R-4-P-D, Residential Planned Development Zone on
all the following described properties:
1. All that certain territory known as tie Alta Drive
Annexation, which R-k-P-D is more particularly described in Or-
dinance No. 1053 of the City of National City, which said de-
scription is made a part hereof as though set forth at length.
2. All that certain territory known as the Proctor
Annexation, which is R-4-P-D more particularly described in Or-
dinance No. 1092 of the City of National City, which said de-
scription is made a part hereof as though set forth at length.
3. All that certain territory known as the Ridgeway
Drive Annexation, R-4-P-D which is more particularly described
in Ordinance No. 10:93 of the City of National

description is made a part hereof as though set forth at length.
4. All that certain territory known as the Prospect
Street Annexation, R-4-P-D which is more particularly described
in Ordinance No. 10d5 of the City of National City, which said
description is made a part hereof as though set forth at length.
5. All that certain territory known as the Wright
Annexation, which is R-4-P-D more particularly described in
Ordinance No. 10)0 of the City of National City, which said des-
cription is made a part hereof as though set forth at length.
A-C-2-A, Limited Commercial :one on all the following
described properties:
1. All that certain territory known as the Pommier
Annexation, which is more particularly described in Ordinance
No. l0d9 of the City of National City, which said description
is made a part hereof as though set forth et length.
2. All that certain territory known as the 5lepko
Annexation, which is C-2-A more particularly described in Or-
dinance No. lOub of the City of National City, which said des-
cription is made a part here of as though set forth at length.
