HomeMy WebLinkAboutCC ORD 1963-1078 Amends § 1 of Ord. 716 1/2, council meetings; repeals Ord. 1042 (Repealed by 1740)ORDINANCE NO. 1078 AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ORDINANCE NO. 716 1/2 OF THE CITY OF NATIONAL CITY, PROVIDING FOR EVENING MEETINGS OF THE CITY COUNCIL, AND REPEALING ORDINANCE NO. 1042 The City Council of the City of National City does ordain as follows: SECTION I: Section I of Ordinance No. 716 1/2 of the City of National City, California, is hereby amended to read as follows: SECTION I: Regular meetings of the City Council of the City of National City, California, shall be in the City Hall of National City on the first, second, third and fourth Tuesdays of each and every month at the hour of 7:30 p.m., beginning with the first Tuesday in January of 1964. SECTION 2: In the event that the time of a regular meeting of a City Council shall fall on a holiday or election day, no meeting will be held that week. Any regular meeting may be dispensed with by vote of the City Council. SECTION 3: Ordinance No. 1042 of the City of National City, California, is hereby repealed.
